We are the providers to multiple healthcare insurances including Medicare Advanced, UPMC, Highmark, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare as well as auto, workers comp, VA Community. But each insurrance policy varies. Please call your insurance customer service asking for acupuncture eligibility. Our office will try to bill your insurance company and you could be benefited maximally. But we can't promise the insurance payment decision and you may need to be obligated to pay the fee partially or fully. The rates are $90 initial and $75 following up.
